Natwest Group & Coutts Private Bank
Natwest Group & its private banking Arm, Coutts serves its customer base of over 7.5 million customers across the UK supporting them with personal, private and business banking. We focused on two large programmes - Natwest Technology Agile Transformation and Coutts Agile Transformation.
We started with training to establish the team based cultures, exec sponsorship and organisation understanding needed for Agile success. We transitioned to individual and team coaching to embed Agile practices from the ground up. Lastly we coached the teams to become self-organising and self-improving to help them find their own path to success.
GE Health & NHS partnership
GE Healthcare is an $18 billion healthcare business that harnesses data and analytics across hardware, software and biotech. With more than 50,000 employees across 100 countries, their focus is to transform healthcare by delivering better outcomes for providers and patients.
We were engaged to redesign and develop an existing healthcare application. 01Group redesigned and developed it from the ground up to ensure maximum performance, a better user-experience and better data visualisation. This went really well and were then given marketing websites and other applications in support of their partnerships with the NHS.
Everything Everywhere
EE, part of the BT Group, is the largest and most advanced digital communications company in Britain, delivering mobile and fixed communications services. They have approximately 553 retail stores, and service more than 31 million connections across its mobile, fixed and wholesale networks.
We worked with their Development teams to move from a traditional approach to development to a more product Spotify "like" Lean/Agile model. This focused on shipping code quickly and efficiently, squad empowerment, and ensuring that management (Tribe) structures direct squads effectively.
TheAA
With over 15 million members The AA is the UK's largest motoring organisation. Breakdown cover has always been their number one priority, but they've since branched out into finance, insurance, leisure and lifestyle services.
We helped them redesign and redevelop their entire online presence from web to mobile applications across marketing, sales and self service channels. They have won awards such as UK Regional Ultimate Experience Award for their website and were rated by Google as having the best mobile experience product pages of any site in Europe.
John Lewis
Johnlewis.com stocks over 280,000 products and is consistently ranked one of the top online shopping destinations in the UK.
01Group were brought in to manage the mobile applications design and development teams across iPhone, iPad and Android phone. During this time the iPad app went through a major redevelopment and won many awards including most effective App. These native apps continue to be benchmarks in the retail space and have some of the highest customer ratings in the app store.

01Group managed the delivery of the redesign and development of the Premier Inn website redesign. This was a large brief including marketing site, booking engine, mobile apps and even creating a new hotel chain offering called Hub Hotels and the marketing around this.
